Strasburg Show: Thirty of the most well known
dealers from around world attracted several hundred visitors who
attended the show and participated in the live auction. The
auction, presented by R. M. Smythe, realized a total hammer
price of just over $333,000, and featured a wide range of stocks
and bonds, and a choice selection of railroad passes signed by
important financiers. In fact, 82% of the lots sold. The
average price per lot sold came to $397. The dealers
who attended the event were very satisfied with their sales
and the quality of the event managed by R. M. Smythe. PSTA Members who set up tables included
